Everyone loves a Clean and tidy home but it can be a struggle to keep it that way.
With busy work schedules, being a parent or juggling both, it can be hard to find time for housework. Or you may simply not like housework and are happy to delegate this chore.
We can help you keep on top of your household needs on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.
Our General Clean includes:-
Getting to know you meeting –
We have learned that each client is different in their cleaning requirements. We will arrange a convenient time to come and meet you at your house to understand the type and extent of cleaning you require to allow us to deliver the cleaning service you want.
We will match your cleaning needs with one of our experienced cleaners. We will bring the cleaner along on the first clean to meet you, learn where the cleaning products and tools are kept and generally ensure they understand the cleaning required. Having the same cleaner each time means your cleaner gets to understand the cleaning requirements of the household and tailors the cleaning to match.
Our cleaners are happy to do ironing if required and can hold keys (please ask about our key holding procedures).
Of course if your cleaner is ill or away we will send a suitable replacement to cover your cleaning in her absence. You can always speak with our office if you have any special instructions for the cleaner or indeed if you are not happy about any aspect of the service – we are always happy to hear from you.
Professional End of Tenancy or Pre-Tenancy Cleaning
This is a detailed, thorough cleaning service which involves the cleaning of every surface in the property. This service is recommended when the Tenant has moved out and as a Landlord you need the property professionally cleaned from top to toe before the next tenant moves in.
In order to ensure you receive your property back in a clean condition, the property needs to be given to the tenant having been professionally cleaned. Preferably this should be noted on the Inventory Check In document also.
Or, as a Tenant you want to ensure the return of your security deposit or comply with the terms of your Tenancy Agreement and have the property professionally cleaned before you hand it back to the Landlord/Agent.
We can also take care of carpet cleaning, curtains/drapes and upholstery.
Along with our experienced cleaners we supply all the cleaning products and tools required for the job. We ask only that you ensure there is hot water at the property.
What happens on the day of the clean?
We will bring a small team of cleaners to the property along with all the necessary equipment. If you cant be there to meet us we can pick up keys for the property if required. To ensure the job is completed to the highest of standards, our supervisor will come to inspect the clean at the end. If we picked up the keys we can return them or meet you at the property to lock up.
Our Professional End of Tenancy Cleaning service comes with our CLEAN GUARANTEE where we guarantee that if we have missed any cleaning we will go back to the property free of charge to make good as long as you notify us within 24 hours of completing the original clean.
You may not need a regular cleaner but sometimes that little bit of extra help can make all the difference if you are planning a special occasion such as a birthday party or having family over to stay.
