Property Administrator – Full time/Part time – Permanent/Temporary

Core Responsibilities and Duties

Property Management

As Property Administrator, you will report to the director and deal with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure you fulfil the agreed management requirements.

Key Tasks:

  • Deal with property repairs & maintenance requests by responding to & coordinating repairs/maintenance in a timely fashion with contractors, tenants & landlords
  • Responsible for ensuring all legally required certifications are up to date & valid – gas safes, electrical inspections, EPCs, HMO Licences etc.
  • Carry out Property Inspections.
  • End of Tenancy Management including booking & checking Check out inventory, co-ordinating EOT cleaning, liaising with utility companies, managing deposit return process including calculating dilapidations, negotiating with tenants and/or landlord.
  • Manage & co-ordinate between tenancy repairs/maintenance (liaise with Lettings dept)
  • Conduct viewings when required.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills


  • Previous Property Management experience.
  • Knowledge of lettings legislation.
  • Strong IT skills.
  • Customer service experience and skills.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Good level of written English.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deal with people at all levels.
  • UK Full Drivers Licence
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  •  Car owner




£20,000 – £25, 0000 + benefits & commissions depending on experience and your potential
